From a quick breakfast to a gala dinner, our event coordinators will assist you in planning every detail.
Our main ballroom will hold from 150 guests up to 500 for sit down table service (dependant on audiovisual needs and staging requirements) and up to 1200 for stand up cocktail receptions.

The Arcadian Court is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto (Queen and Bay) on the subway line, within the business district, and near all the major downtown hotels for any out-of-town guests.
The versatility of the 5500 square foot Arcadian Court Ballroom provides flexibility in room set-up for meetings, conferences and sit-down meals, with varying catering, audio-visual and lighting needs. The meeting space can be set up in theatre, classroom or rounds/cabaret style. Our event planning coordinators will work with you to customize your floor plan. Our room has unobstructed site lines for presentations and we can accommodate your audio visual presentation needs. Our venue offers flexible lighting, either natural light from the skylight, or dimmed lighting and skylight blackout, necessary for some audio visual presentations.
Three smaller meeting rooms, from 400 - 800 square feet, can be booked individually or in conjunction with the main room for executive meetings, breakout meetings and private meals. These rooms provide you with privacy and comfort.
The Gallery has 2600 square feet, which is ideal for a breakout area or an ideal cocktail area after a day long meeting or additional space for exhibitors or display items.
